Over his 22-year tenure with Dallas ISD, he has risen to Executive Director, driving system-wide improvement through leadership development, instructional coaching, and talent management.
Sharissa is a Technical Editor at Certrec Corporation with expertise in regulatory compliance, document quality, and technical communications. She also brings experience in marketing and fundraising to support The PEAK STEM International School’s growth and community outreach.

Arman is a mechanical and aerospace engineer with a strong background in structural design, systems integration, and engineering mentorship. His leadership in developing complex aircraft systems, guiding cross-functional teams, and mentoring future engineers brings real-world STEM insight to The PEAK STEM International School.
Sarah is a seasoned human resources executive with over two decades of experience driving large-scale organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and corporate social responsibility. As the former Vice President of Human Resources at Creative Werks, she led enterprise-wide talent development initiatives and operational improvements that fueled sustained growth. Her strategic leadership and deep expertise in organizational design and people systems strengthen the board’s capacity to scale with purpose and integrity.
Teri is a veteran education leader and former campus principal with nearly 30 years of experience advancing student outcomes across public schools, nonprofits, and state-funded initiatives. In her current role at Public Consulting Group, she leads strategic program design, data systems implementation, and cross-district partnerships that drive scalable, evidence-based solutions. Teri’s deep expertise in systems thinking and educational innovation brings a valuable lens to designing sustainable school models that deliver lasting impact.
Shirleen is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial strategist with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful healthcare ventures. As the founder of three companies spanning home health, hospice care, and dialysis services, she brings a deep understanding of fiscal stewardship, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Shirleen’s insights into financial sustainability and growth strategy are a vital asset in advancing the charter’s mission.
Lourdes is a seasoned educational leader and current Executive Director at Dallas ISD, where she oversees district-wide initiatives focused on instructional leadership, school improvement, and equitable student outcomes. With a distinguished career as a former principal and systems-level strategist, she brings decades of experience advancing school culture, educator development, and academic excellence.
